Hoverr started as a side project between two engineers and a business student.

What brought us together was a shared curiosity about why certain industries, like insurance, still relied on so much manual review when data was already digital.

As we dug deeper, we heard the same stories: claims were slow, reviewers were overwhelmed, and underwriters didn't have time or medical expertise to challenge suspicious submissions. At the same time, existing AI tools offered no real transparency.

So we built Hoverr—an AI system that can detect the most complex fraud, waste, and abuse and does with transparency so you never have to guess AI judgement.
